At Zenera, we are committed to delivering your order reliably, safely, and with full transparency. This policy explains where we ship, how long delivery takes, shipping costs, tracking information, and how delivery issues are handled.
1. Shipping Locations
This shipping policy applies to orders shipped within the Australia.
All orders are fulfilled from our partner warehouse in Asia, allowing us to offer high-quality products at competitive prices while maintaining tracked delivery and Australian-based customer support.
2. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed before 17:00 (AEST) are usually processed the same or next business day. Orders placed after this time are processed on the next business day.
Orders are processed and dispatched Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and courier link.
3. Shipping Costs
We offer free tracked shipping on all Australian orders.
There is no minimum order value required.
All prices displayed on our website include handling and delivery costs. No additional shipping, packaging, or processing fees will be added at checkout.
4. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times for Australian orders are as follows:
Processing time: 1–2 business days
Shipping (transit) time: 6–8 business days
Estimated total delivery time: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, customs processing, or regional factors.
5. Carrier Services
Australian deliveries are handled by Yunexpress in Asia, and Aramex, imile and MicroExpress once the shipment reaches the Australia.
All shipments include full tracking from dispatch to delivery.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
You can track your order at any time using the “Track Your Order” page in the footer of our website.
Please allow up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking information to update.
7. Delays, Customs, and Delivery Issues
We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure smooth delivery. However, occasional delays may occur due to customs processing, courier disruptions, or high-demand periods. These factors are outside our control.
We strongly recommend verifying your shipping address before completing your order. In cases where delivery fails solely due to an address error provided by the customer, we may not be able to resend or refund the order. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
